Ideal Holidays was set up in March 2003. Concentrating on package and ski holidays at first, with cruise as a small percentage of our business. As time went by, our full potential for selling cruise was realised and we switched to selling 100% cruise.
We are now one of the top cruise travel agents in the country, notorious for our customer satifaction commitment and good value pricing policy.
As a full member of ABTA (K0476), the Association of British Travel Agents and ATOL (6042), the Air Tour Operators License we are able to offer complete peace of mind to you the customer, that your holiday money is safe in our hands.
We pride ourselves on the service we offer our customers and want you to book your holidays with Ideal Holidays again and again. In other words A CUSTOMER IS FOR LIFE. However we can't do this successfully if we don't listen to what you have to say. The more you tell us what you want, the better we can make your Ideal Holiday.
